Oakville, Ontario, Canada - March 12, 2010 - Novanni Stainless Inc. has been recognized by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) for their voluntary commitment to become more energy efficient and support Canada's goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.

Being recognized as a CIPEC leader, Novanni is now considered by NRCan to be an integral part of the Canadian Industry Program for Energy Conservation (CIPEC). CIPEC is part of the federal government's ecoENERGY Efficiency Initiative and is a successful industry-government partnership dedicated to promoting energy-efficient industrial practices.

"Novanni is 100% Canadian owned and manufactures locally," said Frank Brazda, Vice President and General Manager. "Our manufacturing facility purchases energy through Green Energy Option (GEO) as a complement to our energy program. GEOpower, the option for electricity, ensures the equivalent of between 20 - 100% of the electricity we use is generated from renewable "green" sources" such as biomass, hydro and wind and injected into their local electricity grid. Novanni is 100% committed to the environment."

The average useful life of a stainless steel product is 30 years and is 100% recyclable. Novanni stainless sinks are made from 90% recycled stainless steel. Stainless steel is one of the world's most recycled materials, even more than paper or glass and never loses its material integrity during the process.

VAUGHAN, ON. - Novanni Stainless Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Westpoint Sales Inc for the province of British Columbia. Westpoint Sales will represent Novanni Stainless in both the residential and commercial sectors and promote the Novanni Pro, Novanni Elite, Novanni Commercial and all Elkay brands. Westpoint Sales have been manufacturer’s representatives for more than 20 years. They represent numerous reputable product lines and are equipped with a knowledgeable sales staff to serve the plumbing community in BC. “We see great potential for our products in BC and feel that Westpoint sales will be able to open many doors of opportunity for us and take advantage of all the growth that is occurring in the province”, states Bob Evans, VP sales and marketing. “BC is a vast territory and with offices in Victoria, Kelowna and Burnaby, Westpoint sales provides us with coverage in key areas”, adds Mr. Evans.

Novanni Stainless Inc. was formed in March 2008 and acquired the right to distribute Elkay products in Canada including Halsey Taylor water coolers and fountains. Novanni Stainless Inc. also acquired the manufacturing facility in Coldwater, Ontario from Elkay Manufacturing Inc and continues to produce stainless steel sinks for both plumbing wholesalers and retailers across Canada.

March 20, 2008 - Purchase of Elkay Canada by Novanni Stainless Inc.

COLDWATER, ON – March 20, 2008 – Novanni Stainless Inc. is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Elkay Canada Ltd. Novanni Stainless Inc. is a newly formed company owned by Oakville Stamping and Bending Ltd. (OS&B™) founded in 1975, and Supreme Metal Products Inc., founded in 1985. OS&B™, a privately held company, is Canada’s largest manufacturer of overflows, traps, lavatory drains, tubular brass fittings and flexible supply hoses, to name a few. Supreme Metal Products Inc., also a privately held company, is Canada’s largest manufacturer of sink strainers.

Novanni Stainless Inc. will continue to serve Canadian customers by manufacturing Wessan, AMI and other Novanni branded products in the Coldwater, Ontario facility. Novanni Stainless Inc. will also continue to distribute Elkay and Halsey Taylor branded products as the exclusive Distributor for Elkay Manufacturing in Canada.
